Der Kaiser Weizenbock
Named for Kaiser Wilhem who was quoted as saying, "Give me a woman who loves beer and I will conquer the world." Brewed to bock strength with spicy phenolics, bready and clovey character. 9.0% ABV 22 IBU
Harvest Peach Wheat A variation of our Bavarian wheat, this beer is slightly sweeter than its predecessor. Infused with peach to give it a light fruity flavor. 4.6% ABV 12.5 IBU
MartyFest A cream ale being brewed by our brewmaster and several of his high school friends to honor a classmate's memory during a benefit. Smooth and refreshing! 3.8% ABV 17 IBU

Summer Lager A light, slightly citrusy and sour lager that is perfect for a hot summer day!
Browncoat Brown
Chestnut in color and brewed with caramel malts, this refreshing beer is lightly hopped.
O'Mordha Irish Red A classic Irish red ale. High maltiness predominates. Named after the brewer's wife's family surname from Ireland.

Caprica Six An intense beer to say the least! This is a honey blonde, with copious amounts of sweetness.
Bull's Trench Kiln Our IPA, named for a brick kilning process that is exclusive to India. Strong hop bitterness and aroma dominates.
Unnamed Kitchen Sink Beer A day of mad-science and experimentation! Details of this beer will emerge when the brewing is done!
